Meeting at the airport
- When booking, choose "Decide by phone after landing" or "Choose an arrivals exit".
- Your driver will text you the meeting point when assigned.
- If the passenger has never met the driver, choose the Name sign service (11,000KRW). The driver waits holding a sign with the name, so you are easy to find.
If you can't find your driver
- Call the number in your dispatch text message.
- If you can't get through, call 010‑2575‑9876.
- Please tell us before you take another car.
Frequently asked questions
What if my flight lands late?
If your flight is delayed, let us know by phone or KakaoTalk. If you let us know, we will adjust the pickup time (we do not track flights automatically).
How do I choose the meeting time?
This is when you meet the driver, not the flight's arrival time. Allow time for immigration and baggage claim.
Is there a charge for lots of luggage?
Up to 7 bags are free. From bag 8, 11,000KRW is added per bag.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Cancel up to 3 days before the ride for a 90% refund of the fare. See the guide for the full policy.
